I think stuff like this gets closed as it just attracts trolls and flamers, it just causes arguments so therefore the mods close it before it kicks off, i understand the pain as an eu player with you, i would send concerns to hitmonchan or email them directly though to find your answers

I would just like to say that it's up to SCEE at this point to inform us of when the PSN EU patch/DLC will arrive. I wish I had more information for you.

As for freedom of speech, that only covers speech directed toward the government. That said, we make it our rule to allow our players to speak as they will about our company. However, we do not allow derogatory remarks against Trendy employees or our volunteer moderators. Should anyone ever have an issue concerning a moderator, please send me a private message here on the forums. Our public forums are not the place for such issues.
