You basically want Hero Health, Damage, and Second skill, also wants him to be 200 effect or more.
To calculate the effect you divide the max lvls by 3, and add it to the base effect.
None of these cats are anywhere near perfect, the one on second row is not bad

I see.. so the last one will max out at 173 boost. So is 173 worth something?
How much is a 200 perfect cat worth?
How does the scaling goes with cat boosting? is it linear? or progressively every 1% gets much worse?
they can spawn with 140 boost, MAX.<< if I remember correctly. They can also have a MAX of 254 upgrades. So if you get a cat with 140 boost at 1/254. Then you have a perfect cat, but as I have seen exactly none of these in the 400 cats i've seen. Good luck with that
I have been farming NM HC MM for this cats... altho i am doing it from wave 23 start, so its not a hassle. But if the roll rates are so low.. its makes no point to farm it at that level then? it can be easily done @ NM or even insane HC MM?
Cats can easily be farmed on INHCMM but they will be quite average.
