I'm buying unperfect or near perfect rocks, or even perfect rocks if you can sell them for cheap.
My opinion of what unperfect or near perfect is - 600 on all stats except 1 (tower), or all 4 stats over 350 ish.
I will buy rocks with negatives, but only if they make up for it in other stats. And don't expect too much for these
