Have someone run you thru a survival.
Ill probably be doing an aqua run tonight, you are welcome to tag along, i need to level some guys too, so maybe we will start on 1 instead of 18. I think you can get like 60-80mill xp for 1-30, depending on bonuses of course.
My sid is in sig.
I find it was more enjoyable to do the campaign on Hard as a start. Any guides you have for consoles will work on the PC campaign as well. If anything it will be easier on PC.
Then you can easily move into Insane and grind for levels on Glitterhelm (if that's what you are most familiar with) or any of the DLC maps.
You will easily find decent gear that will be able to get you through the campaign on Hard/Insane.
Hard HC campaign through to glitter, then use H HC to Power Level a squire/app to ~60 and get the rest started (use your xbox controllers for doing more than one at a time).
Move to insane glit once you have atleast a monk and huntress (snares + proxies + squire/app towers = win) and continue levelling to 74 (you'll want to do 1 of each class builder speced. Dont bother with a DPS yet)
Once you've reached 74, any further levels are effectively meaningless (as myth gear is going to be your staple for a *long* time to come)
The easiest way to get your first myths is farming the first wave of NM HC aquanos (see the guide in my sig for more details).
