Note: This is the only time you will be able to associate these accounts.

Dungeon Defenders II game Status:
My Level 72 Summoner GONE
I just purchased the summoner class one evening and decided to speed level it. I made it to level 72 and decided to take a break from Dungeon Defenders around 3:00am.
I log back on 10-20 minutes later and I see that my Level 72 Summoner is gone.
Time and energy wasted cause of a bug (??).
I played on the official game servers.
I noticed that everytime I log on to see if my Summoner has returned, the dialog box pops up saying the Summoner class is unlocked.
Don't log in again, put in a request in the thread that's dedicated for this purpose.
If worst comes to worst, send me a message and I'll power level you another.
No. I don't need anyone's help to powerlevel my heros.
Worst comes to worst then I just won't play this game anymore.
I looked at the steps and this could take at least a week?
And apparently I can't play the game till this gets resolved and there no telling how long that will take.
I'm sorry but is there anyway to get your money back from this game?
I have wasted time, energy, and money.
You can play the game all you want, just don't log on to ranked. As far as refunds- Steam is whom you'd have to contact about that- but you generally can't get refunds from steam except in certain extreme circumstances. PC games will have bugs, and having a bug affect your experience is generally not grounds for a refund. You can always try steam support, but the odds are against you (my personal experience).

Unfortunately restoring lost data in this case is not a simple process, so it does take some time (Not usually a week though).
Follow the instructions in the lost characters thread and please let me know if, within a few days from my post here (not a week!) you don't get your issue resolved (Do not keep logging on to ranked to check, assume nothing has happened until you receive an email about it)
Got the same problem but all my data vanished not only one char.
Any backup would be apreciated, Cheers.
