Huntress Weapons

After Reading some comments from this forum community i realized that the DPS for my lvl 75 huntress can actually be much better.

at the time i've invested her stats in Resistance, H.atk, H.SPD and H.Cast i currently do 100k on my Blaticus.

so my question is what's the best weapon that you guys are using for your hunter?

Shai Hulud? Blaticus? Soul Tracker? or maybe Mistymire insane drop?

the most ^ups i found for a lvl 75 was 45, and 150^for 83.

I guess i dont really know what everyone else is doing to pump their DPS beyong a 100k.

could you guys share your tricks?

Hands down, Shai hulud. You cant beat its splash dmg. Now black death and soul focuser have their advantages as well but you need a high upgrade to make them worth it. any one of these weapons with at least 100^s should break 100k dps by themselves. so goodluck!

yeah i thought so too, the shai hulud seemed to be really good. though like you said it would have to have an 100^ups which isn't available till 78-80+ unless there are lvl 75s with 100^ups. which i would be happy to farm if it does exist.

You can get shai hulud with 100^ for lvl74 I've seen many

Lvl requirements go 74,78 them 83 and there are shai huluds with 100+ for 74 one with 80^ could break 100k

If you want pure concentrated DPS, Shaitan of a Thousand Winds. No one can deny this.
If you want a good, all-around weapon, the Shai Hulud, or the Black Death, maybe even the Blasticus.
And it's Soul Focuser/Crystal Tracker. These both have its special advantages, but of which aren't worth the drop is DPS (Soul Focuser) or is bested by something else (Shai Hulud > Crystal Tracker)
It's really all your preference.

If you really want high dps at,lvl 74 and,an easy,weapon to get, switch to an apprentice and farm undying rods.,u can get 150 UPS and higher and it's easier to farm multiple weapons at once

great tips on the weapons guys, i guess i have to keep farming the dam shai hulud. One question thou, does it matter which difficulty? cause i've been farming hard on moraggo and i've yet to see something beyond 44^ for my lvl 74.

great info thanks. i have a hard time farming Black Death so i think ill just stick with the shai hulud on hard mode. ill keep an eye out for those 80^ & > cause i swear i still haven't seen anything drop that has that high of an upgrade.
