Brute Force and Teamwork Achievement bugged

Hi,

I just went through the entire game with 3 friends using only weapons to try and unlock the Brute Force and Teamwork achievements. After completing all levels (Deeper - Glitter) Two of my friends received the achievement while the 4th person and I did not. Upon inspecting my awards for each level I discovered that I was not awarded the Teamwork award for 9 levels and the Gunslinger award for 2. I am hoping someone can explain how 4 people all starting off with no gunslinger or teamwork awards for each level play all levels together, using only weapons, but only two receive the achievement. This was a major disappointment for me because after hours of work for the last achievements I needed for this game I not only didn't receive them, but the game is basically telling me I have to run most of them all over again. If anyone has any information about a similar problem or why this has occurred it would be appreciated. I would rather not have to do this all over again because the game failed to count my completions.

I've never heard of this achievement being bugged before, the only way that you wouldn't have earned gunslinger is if you had built a tower, and the teamwork you get as long as you complete the match with 4 active players. Are you sure no one built towers or got disconnected at some point? This bug seems impossible otherwise

I'm entirely positive no towers were built and no one d/ced during the entire run.
