Would you like to be able to use vanilla weapons?

As the title says: Would you like to be able to use Vanilla Weapons?

Vanilla weapons are very hard to come by with decent stats and upgrades. This may not be an issue for some (as you like to play like a god with insane amounts of damage), but for other people this is. This (in my opinion) kills the core game play. It's frustrating when the only weapons you can use are Challenge/Boss Map Weapons.

A solution to this problem? Trendy could increase the stats/upgrades on the vanilla weapons, so they could be nearly up to par with the challenge/boss map drops. Of course they would still have to be worse then the challenge/boss map drops, but it would be a nice option to use them. Right now, they are useless, and horribly under powered compared to the challenge/boss drops.

Before any of you come in here and say "Just wait for the new map with the random gear", stop. I know that this will be great, but only for the people who bought this DLC. I am speaking more for the people who do not have any of the DLC, and would like to use vanilla weapons for a change.

To sum this up: It would nice to be able to use vanilla weapons. Just have them be powerful enough to make them an option.

Vanilla weps will need to be better when insane+ is out or non dlcr 's will be unable to enjoy the new mode :l

I wouldnt mind using them. I open chest all the time and some of the coolest looking weapons pop out. Unfortunately they are garbage compared to boss/challenge weapons. It would be nice to see good weapons come from chest instead of just a "mana weapon".

Some of the vanilla shields in the Tavern Keeper's shop are awesome looking, but unfortunately they have garbage damage, or not enough upgrades to make it usable.

and the mobs drops?? they are garbage, in moraggo insane you get garbage mobs drops items.
in pc you get all the "ultimate" stuff from mobs drops

Mobs drops are the vanilla weapons. This would apply to every vanilla weapon in the game, giving them a chance to drop with better stats and upgrades to make them usable.

They are rare and it's oh so sweet when u find one. I have maybe 8 70^ vanilla weapons but unfortunately they are all lvl 83.

They must be insanely rare then, because every vanilla weapon I have picked up is useless. And I have picked up well over 1,000 vanilla weapons.

Oddly 6 of them are staffs. And all but one was bought in the shop.

I'm generally on the hunt for huntress weapons and squire weapons. The Apprentice is OP and a lot of people are using him now for DPS.
