A couple of aspects to this:
1) Sky city, and to a lesser degree, aquanos campaign completion rewards have bonuses over generic drops
Should this be looked at for misty and morrago also (maybe even further)?
2) The quality of completion rewards for misty is fairly low end (I don't think anyone who can finish it in NM would be using the rewards).
These weapons have some of the best models, so I'd really like to see them as useful rewards
3) Shroomites have the worst quality of any survival pet. You're lucky if you get mythical ones from NM, let alone trans. My experience with cats shows a similar pattern
Quality tweaking needed?
4) From the seahorse onwards (although it does show up in aquanos rewards, just less often), the quality multipliers seem to be *too* high. 1/1 upgrades is extremely common for seahorses, STS's, and propeller cats (Just some commonly farmed items that it happens to) from NMHC not to mention the frequency of -ve stats on such items. 1/1 is just a kick in teeth (-ve stats is not too bad, but do the ^'s have to look like they've generated too high)
Does it make sense to be *more likely* to get something useful from insane?
5) There was a short period where the tavern shop was worth checking. That's the only period in my entire play time I've bought something that wasn't a pet from it (pets have mainly been guardians way back when. Pets aren't much use either atm). While that period of high tavern loot was a little over the top, it was good b/c it was a good way to get armour rewards into the game. I'm lucky if the current shop stocks myth's with >100 stats and thats running maps where 100 stats is really sub par.
Should the shop being tweaked again?
Your thoughts?
EDIT
6)
The armour piece you get for beating a boss. It's meant to be a reward, but how often does it just get sold b/c it's godly or low end myth. Why do these always feel useless?
