Friend lost all characters, unlocked skins, trophies, and items. Please assist

My friend lost all her characters, unlocked skins, trophies, and items, but still has her achievements. Is there anything anyone can do to fix this issue, if so, can you post what information you require to fix it? Thanks.

Make sure she never logs into Ranked anymore and follow the instructions in this thread.
