Lost everything!!

I log into my game and next thing i know is all my ranked characters are gone!! i exited out and logged back in and same thing everything is gone even all the items in my tavern and shop are gone? Can Anyone help me out here??

weird thing is i click to play local and my two characters are still there..

Trendy might be able to restore it if you contact them. Also make sure you don't log into ranked again (it makes it easier for them).

this shouldve been posted in tech support hopefully a mod will see this and move it then IceArrow can help you
