Can you get Goblin Cupid from tavern shop or monsterfests?

I kind of like to have one of each pet just for the heck of it. I got a Goblin Cupid yesterday after Sky O Love (and on NMHC in a public game no less, thanks if any of you are reading this), but it's stats aren't the greatest.

So if I can now get them from monsterfests or the tavern shop I'll just sell it off, but if the challenge is the only way I'll hold onto it.

Does anyone know?

Ok thanks. No wonder they sell for so much even with just decent stats.

and also because most people are not bothered doing it either
it glitchy to the crystal can explode for no reason even when there is no enemies nearby
