[WTB] Stone's Throw Spear

I'm looking for a decent Stone's Throw Spear for my DPS monk. I am incapable of farming one myself.

Would like at least:

3000 ranged dmg
200 upgrades
200 Hero Boost
200 Hero Attack
100 Hero Health

I have 15-30 tokens ready, in 600's or 1bil, depending on how good it is.
