Everyone is entitled to their opinion on what they think and people also have reasons why they don't want an item named. For me the reason why I don't want it named is that I personally want to name the gear or might resell it if not needed anymore it is easier to sell gears that are not named because of what "Nomen" said it is less attractive. It may not be attractive to him but to some people it might be attractive like the friend of yours that named it like that. I also wanted to name it to match it with my set if I will be keeping it and some people do that as well. Well that's my opinion
