What does that mean exactly. Is it getting buffed or nerfed.

Fixed Damager Per Upgrade Cap on Ultimate 'Steamsaw' Weapon
What does that mean exactly. Is it getting buffed or nerfed.
Allow me to say this in a lot more words:
The 'Steamsaw' weapon is the reward for squires on Sky City. it has a medium-slow swing rate but in exchange, each upgrade applied to the base damage adds ~300. I got one with only 101 upgrades and the base damage went over 22000.
The Ultimate quality Steamsaws were erroneously adding less damage per upgrade then their lower quality counterparts. This has been corrected.
