Real Advice about leading people on :
Be clear from the very start about your interest in someone. There's no harm it casual dating, just make it clear that you don't plan on making it more than that so no one wastes their time if someone else comes around. Or if you are already seeing someone, you can avoid the "being lead on" trap by just being honest with the guys or gals you hang out with. Keeps things simple and no one gets lifted up to only be dropped like a soggy bag of potatoes.
