1)i dont got some costumes:
i finish all Acivment and i did all quest (champion and challange)
and i dont got the costume Santa of magic characters Although I did the Quest on NIGHTMARE
and i dont got the costume Ninja and Rudolph and The Prez of monk characters Although I did the Quests
and i dont got the costume Death Knight and Mrs. Santa And Mitt of worrior Although I did the Quests
and i dont got the costume Angel and Santa's Little Helper and Mihelle of archer Although I did the Quests

2)your say that you on verson 7.37 you finel the DLC of Lost Eternia Shards and i dont got the quest why??

Have you obtained any other achievements? Are you playing on Ranked? Did you host the games / solo them, or did you join someone else?

Please try unlocking the costumes one more time, being the host and playing on ranked. Be aware that Ranked and Open are seperate, and things won't be unlocked on one when you achieve on the other (Unless you export your Ranked save to Open).

I'm not sure if I understand your 2nd question, but if you're asking about the final Eternia Shards DLC, it is not released yet.

1)i play on GameSpy and i am the host everytime
and i have problem with connect to TrandyNet when i try Ranked but i can login to steam servers when i try normal game(multiplayer)
and the normal quests(the Hallowenn quests) i did alone but the President PVP i did with 4 players

Generally, since you need to be on steam to run the game anyway, you should use Steam as your online platform, whether you play ranked or not. GameSpy is mostly an alternative for if you get banned.

i can login on steam servers and game spy but not Ranked it try to login after 5-10 second to login it say problem with connect to TrandyNet
