let me express my feelings on this "news":

you know how when you do something you're not supposed to and you do it anyways, mainly because you want to look like an awesome person and you always give into peer pressure? sort of like smoking a pack of cigarettes with your chums because it makes you look cool and lets everyone know that you're a tough customer and a force to be reckoned with?

and then your parents get a phone call from your supervisor/authority figure and begin to hear all the gory details of your shenanigans and tomfoolery and the phone call gets longer and longer and then it actually gets to the point that the person who answered the phone call in the first place is fuming mad at you. so much so you can actually see that crazy little vein that pokes out on the side of their forehead. you recognize and come to accept this onslaught of fury that is about to be bestowed on you. you wait for that defining moment for the phone call to end and promise yourself that you'll take your beatings like a man and that you won't cry. you won't flinch. you'll take what you deserve and know you'll be able to take whatever punishment is coming to your front door. and then that moment comes and these are the words you hear:

"I'm not mad. I'm just disappointed."

And that hurts worse then ANY punishment you could ever think of. That's how I'm summarizing this weeks digest console "news" section.

Honestly it's a step in the right direction. Also from what I read when Hitmonchan posted is they need to add nightmare mode to console before other things can be added.

This patch is going to need as much time as it can get, since it'll include a new difficulty mode. Gotta give it some lovin'.

I doubt it'll be nightmare. Maybe just a console version of nightmare. You can take many steps, but eventually you learn how to walk. Then run.

Edit: btw Foobear to make matters worse PC is getting shards 4 on July 10th console will be getting it later on down the line so people we have a month to wait O_o we've been waiting at least 3 months already! Since the new difficulty was announced by jer
