Dungeon Defenders II game Status:
Increase max projectile distance
Would be really nice to shoot those flyers out from the sky. Especially when my bullet is darn near light speed. Makes little sense that it just disappears after going a fixed distance.
On the same note, investigate Monk Guardian + High stat deadly strike. the deadly strike will target stuff, like wyverns, but can't hit them because the projectile hits max range and explodes.
Going even further, make Monk Guardian worth something. Make it increase projectile speeds in addition to range. Have you seen a buffed magic tower shoot at something far away? the bullet has almost no chance to hit on time.
I notice that my harpoons hit an invisible wall at a certain point, I think if we increase projectile range we would just hit the same wall. There are some invisible walls in certain spots that make shooting flying enemies from far away useless.
I like it how it is, it is well thought out and planned.
i posted about that... was informed that all projectiles bust at (if i recall correctly) 60 range
