Is it possible to have two accounts signed in on the same computer playing spit screen dungeon defenders ??????????
Thanks for logging in. This is the first time you've accessed the forums via playverse, would you like to associate your playverse account with an existing Dungeon Defenders forum account?
Note: This is the only time you will be able to associate these accounts.
The playverse account entered does not exist.

You can do that with one account, get a controller that works for your computer and press start on the character screen.
No, you can't have 2 accounts. You can have multiple players from the same account, though.
That's the one thing I miss from the PS3, the ability to have my kids on separate accounts, with their own item boxes & characters.
I know I can do that I want to know if I can do that but I'm signed in on the keyboard but my friend signed on the controller
I prefer dual monitors. On one I can play Dungeon Defenders and on the other I can watch Jurassic Park.
This is all theoretical I haven't tested it, but it should work. You would need to have a VM running with another OS and steam running on that CPU. I.e. I have a win 7 machine and run a virtual machine (VM) of win xp in it using virtualbox. I can put that other Virtual PC on my second monitor and sign in with another steam account there which of course means you should be able to download Dungeon defenders on second computer(VM). I havent ever tried running 2 games at once but I dont see why it wouldnt be possible with the VM approach if your hardware could handle it.
Sandboxie it. I Don;t suggest it if you have a slow or mid-average comp.
The answer is no, you cannot run 2 steam accounts on the same machine.
Virtualization and Sandboxing are for the person that won't accept no for an answer. An unsupported work around if you will. Just keep in mind that neither methods are meant for gaming, and nor are they supported.
