Tips for winning eternia shard nightmare

Now that I have my summoner up to 74 and in good gear I am trying to get through stuff on Nightmare. I have managed all the normal campaign rounds on hardcore nightmare up except the summit or any of the eternia shard maps. I have a monk, mage, EV, summoner, and Huntress all with stats around 800-1000 in all tower stats. But I don't really know anyone else that plays the game much so I have been trying to do this alone. I get to the boss OK but then they have like 50 million HP and I can only do like 5 of that before a whole shows up somewhere in my defenses and stuff starts to get through.

So any suggestions to help me out? I figure if I had more people it would make it a bit easier but even then those bosses seem really nasty. With one person running around killing Genies and ogres and repairing stuff and the other fighting the boss maybe, but I don't know.

I would say get a Dps Character, helped me out alot and maybe do annual repairs when your killing the boss...

I normally play as the EV, I have a fairly good retribution. Can do about 400K DPS when I am up close. Even with a better weapon I could at best expect to double that DPS as far as I know and that is not going to come close to being enough to take them down. Or am I off on how much damage a character can do? And it really is not often that my defenses drop from things hitting them. It is much more from Genies desummoning them, and to stop them from doing that I have to spend a lot of time going around killing them giving me very little time on the boss.

depending on the boss, you can rely on some turrets to tank the boss in a place while you run to repair quickly and run back. That's how i first beat spider boss. I had 2 harpoons in corners and she would pick one, dps it. i would just repair it and just watch the map for when things took a hit. I planned the timing for the run so that the turret wouldnt die while i was gone, and quickly get back to repair. That was when i didnt have many stats either. But if you ever need help i'll add you to steam and help.

400k in the tavern? Yeah. That's pretty low. Monk with 1000 hero attack and a 200 seahorse from aqua insane survival should be throwing out 4-5m DPS in nightmare.

An Ogre with a mage or 2 near by seem to be fairly good at tanking the boss. I have been reading and have some ideas for dealing with Djinns better. And I got an Occulus and got it up to level 100 and now my DPS is 1.4 Million so maybe that will help too.

But yes I would be very happy to get some friends on steam to help me play. I am Senf71 on there. Feel free to add me. I would be happy to play with anyone and learn a bit better how to play.
