The ones with high damage like that usually don't have multiple projectiles. One with half of that damage but 5 projectiles does more damage.
It's not impossible. I used to bullseye womp rats in my T-16 back home, they're not much bigger than 2 meters.
I'm certain that it's close to borderline. Having farmed over 70 of them, the highest base damage I have found is 3.6k base. This would suggest a 5.9k base.
These weapons do not have multiple projectiles, don't listen to people who haven't farmed them.
I have a 69k trans with 280ish ^. It pumps out a serious amount of DPS, and I'm convinced it makes the Lemurian Halberd look weak. Only problem is its lack of aerial targeting.
