[WTB] Tower Donkey

As title says. I don't want anymore than -75 in hero casting speed, I don't mind too much about attack rate and attack range. I don't care too much about ups, but I also intend to use this for semi-DPS as well.

I don't have any tokens, BUT, I have a wide variety of Trans items that some may be interested in.

No, I'm going to be using the donkey for the debuf when the rough get's going. Although if you have a monkey I'll accept that too
