Dungeon Defenders II game Status:
makes scouting items so much easier
Back in the day when we did uber monster fest with just auras and you used your body as the wall with 15 ogres beating on you, it was horrible having screen shake. When I turned it off I heard angels singing and the sweet sounds of a golden harp.
Sounds like when I found the button to turn off step towards melee target...
I found out you could turn both of those off in the same day. It was a glorious day.
I didn't mind the screen shake, until anytime that I used certain pets, or walked anywhere near a fireball tower. For some things the screen shake is kind of nice, but for most situations it is completely unnecessary, so yeah, it's off for now and probably off for good.
I always turn off stuff like screen shake, motion blur, and other stupid effects immediately after getting a game ... the turning off step towards melee target was an amazing discovery for me though.
people living on fault lines wouldn't notice the screen shake.
