hey guys im new in steam and i have a question if i bought the game in this laptop and i bought a new one
can i download another copy of the game if i log in the same email i bought the game at ? or if i did format
to my computer can i download it again in the same email ? please answer and thanks

Yes. Steam is like a hub for all the games you buy on that account. You could have 100 computers, and as long as you use the same account, you can redownload the game and play.

You own the game on steam, rather than on your computer - as long as you have access to your steam account, you can redownload the game on any computer that can run steam.

This is true for most games; some have an install limit, but Dungeon Defenders doesn't. As long as your steam account exists, you can re-download the game onto any machine.
