So one time I saw a hacker with full Supreme set of armor

He tried to offer me some really good Trans armor. He said what I'd be willing to pay, so I said all my mana. Then he said he wanted Steam Games. Should I have reported that? It happened long time ago and I do not remember the user, but should I report someone offering something like that if I experience it again?

Hey, I personnaly think you would loose time trying to report this, just dont accept and/or leave game.

report it. Rules say you shouldn't sell items for steam games or $$$. Just forget about the other guy but if this bothers you again you may as well report it.
