help worried about ban

hi where do i start hmmmmm
my friend recently got and item and he is level 74. it was a supreme item. he said he got it on a floor shop in dd so i asked how much mana tokens it cost. he give the item to me and then said he got it using paypal.

now here is my question. the item is legit i looked into it everything is normal but the fact he got it and i now have it will we get banned for having a paypal item or will he get banned for buying it? or will it just be the seller?

if it stops me getting a ban i would freely give the user i.d of the person he got it off

You should report the seller in Report A Player, and as far as I know, if the item itself is legit you can use it

i sold it anyway jus incase. i love this game so i wasnt risking it. thanks . also whats the higest stat an item can go to? iv seen people have 500tower dmg in their supreme gear and the said they got it from aquanos? is it legit?

Stat limits before set bonus's are well over 400 for supreme gear, so 500 is quite possible (max with set bonus is ~550 IIRC).

And don't forget it's possible for an item to spawn with stats over the upgrade cap. For example, I have a trans genie with 485 hero cast rate. I'm pretty sure the cap is on the low 400s for trans items. Like, 422 or something.
