The Event Layout!!!!!

How come when i click on the map where you are allowed to build, i can never see it?! this is really making me mad, it just says create a name for your map and write some notes about it. Well why cant i ss the map that classic made showing us the spots for Event week 3? I just want some help so i can actually see what is going to happen
