Trans Boxing Gloves item bug?

Had this drop today at city in the cliffs, its a trans boxing gloves between the waves of 27-30 but when i tried to upgrade the gloves it stays at 1776 mana.

Any reason why this is happening? First time ever seeing a trans boxing gloves also.

Are anyone else having this happen to them? Maybe its for some event base items that never used to drop in trans and up quality?

I had a friend who got a Djinnlette from City that was bugged. It was free to upgrade for most of the time and then when it did cost mana it was the same amount for the rest of the upgrade path. The downside was that even though the damage on the Djinnlette was maxed it still did the same dps it did before it was upgraded.

Im pretty sure they introduced boxing gloves or presidential battle royale rewards to drop table on survival dlc maps along with 3rd eternia crystal quest, so you can get up to supreme boxing gloves.
