cant remap key binding for secondary weapon usage

in patch 7.33 notes it said "* Fixed Config Tool Secondary Key bindings / Controller bindings application"

however im still unable to remap my secondary weapon use to another place. ranged monk attacks, squire blocking, huntress reloading, etc are still only working via right click.

Tried rebinding the other key that it works with ("R")?
