Go to menu: View > World Properties

Open the WorldInfo section, scroll down to where it says My Map Info, expand it.

    Expand the DungeonDefense category

Near the bottom, check "Use Custom level Entry?" < must be checked for all custom maps

Now scroll back up to Custom Level Entry and expand it.

Entry Identifier Tag: Set this to a 6 letter word (Example: DunDef). You will need to prefix the map file name with this and an underscore (example: DunDef_Mymap.udk)

Level Description: Fill this in with whatever you want - This appears in the box below the map name in the tavern menu
Level File Name: Fill in the file name without the .udk extension
Level Friendly Name: Fill this in with the name of the map as you want it to appear in your intro cinematic, the escape menu, and in the tavern menu. (For custom maps, when you first enter your tavern you will see the map name minus the tag until you load the map, after this the friendly name will show up)

Note that the friendly name will not show up in the in-editor game. You must load the map in the actual game client for it to show up.
