Found out the reason for freeze going back to tavern

So this only stops the freezing going back to the tavern. I successfully went back to the tavern 3 times on Glitterhelm! It seems the game auto saves so after your party has beaten the level make sure that Blue Circle at the bottom right is done spinning and disappears, than go back to the tavern. It work 3 times in a row for me.

say you just got on dd and you go straight to your tavern and you try to invite your friend it sometimes will freeze also. because of that blue circle loading thing in bottom right of screen. so i wait till it goes off and its fine

It is basic, NEVER quit the game, turn off the console, returno to tavern or do anything strange during the save.

Frezee is not the main problem, you can get your save corrupted

Make sure every players game is done saving btw!

This doesnt work for me
if I have finished morrago, wait out the save icon, which I always do, and choose return to tavern from start menu, it still freezes, same if I hit the crystal and wait for the save cyrcle to stop
which I always did even prior to this post
what seems to help in some cases is having damage numbers and voice disabled

yea it's not really working as good for me either but I also found it much safer to restart the level and go back to the tavern or you could proceed to the next level on glitter, morrage, and misty i know it takes you back to the tavern
