I never got the etherian christmas dlc and I can't get frost sword drops so I was wondering if it's even worth it to buy it now?

The new weapons in shard 3 are supposed to be faster then frost blades. I wouldn't worry about it.
afaik you dont need to have it just finish it with someone else who has it.
Join someone's game who has it and win it... no need to buy the dlc. Also, I was finding frost blades on omf before I ever won it so maybe it's an exception / x-mas requirement is a lie
I just looked on the wiki, seems the Tritons War Glaive seems to be the weapon to have for squire. Each upgrade is 92 extra to base and swings faster than the frost blade. Can't wait to get one nowonly question is, how big does it get?

Well, put it this way, that 252^ 2000k Base one came from an Insane Hardcore run of the Aquanos Campaign. I'd imagine that's as high end as Myths can get as far as weapons go. As for Trans/Superior quality, it's hard to say, since doing the map on Nightmare is pretty damn difficult.
