Hi, this here is my first post and it is regarding the inability to start the mod editor tool within the developer launcher. Currently, I can get past the splash startup; compiling shadows and such, however once the interface loads in I crash instantly.

Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (x64)
i7 1.73GHz
14GB RAM

EDIT: This also applies to the editor in general, for I cannot load the TC option either.

BIG EDIT!: After deleting the all the folders except UDKGame and Total Conversions, then reacquiring them via Steam verify, I am able to load the editor correctly.
