the patch failed certification? If you submitted the patch when you said, it would have been out by now or
it failed and that's fine if it did. It would suck but just tell us if it did.

I could be very wrong but something seems a little shady.

It takes a while for patches to undergo certification on XBLA games. I remember all the hassle Behemoth went through to get their patches through on castle crashers. I'm sure we'll get it eventually...

Microsoft will actually check for problems with the patch, unlike Sony.
Pretty sure the Xbox patch has failed certification at least 2x.

Reminds me when they released the Pink Knight for Castle Crashers.
Took forever for the 360 to get it. I mean it took a long time because I remember when we got it on the PS3.

The patch will come out sooner or later but I don't think Microsoft flat-out denied it. The probably had some last minute issue with the patch, like how the room with the poster turned out.

I wouldn't hold my breath, and the digest comes out at some point on wednesdays normally so it will show up sometime today.
