it validates hybrid builds, having a character that builds and then can attack as well, rather than people building and then swapping out (which used to happen ALL the time, as said above)

Okay, so I was checking the patch notes on the wiki and apparently it's a 33% buff, not 30%. Not a lot better, but I wonder when people started thinking of it as 30%? A nerf later that I missed perhaps?
(Version 7.11, November 23. for those that wanna check)
No its still 33% (or atleast the last time I checked the DDDK), however for simplistic reasons often 1/3 (33%) is interchangeable with 30% when talking about it.
