Lost Eternia Shards DLC Question

As of right now, only parts 1 & 2 have been released, and it says that I'll have access to all parts "as they are released."
Am I right in assuming I pay for it now, and then can freely download the new parts when they're made available? I just want to make sure because it costs as much as the full game.

Correct, you are basically pre-purchasing the other 2, once they are released you will be free to download them without any further payments.
