Egg hunting...

So I have been playing for about the last 4 hours without seeing one egg. Are the drop rates that low? I have also been checking the tavern upon level completions to make sure its not in the pet sections. Any ideas?

ive found the majority of mine in OMF but even still i only get 1-2 per game.

are the egg drops on consoles as well? I am on the PS3 and have been searching all over for the eggs and havent found one yet? If I find one I will post it here where I found it.

Found my first one naturally after I post doing surv nm hc deeper wells on wave 6 humungous.

Bear in mind that the quality of the Egg is difficulty dependent, so Humongous eggs for example can only be found on Nightmare difficulty, etc. (Small Eggs, which are used to acquire the Bunny costume, can be found on all difficulties however).

I've done... (in this order, not that it matters)

3 Nightmare pure strategy Mistymires to completion (finishing wave 30)
4 Nightmare Hardcore Survival Mistymires to wave 22
2 Nightmare Hardcore Oasis Monsterfest to completion
1 Nightmare Hardcore Mix Mode Magus Quarters to wave 15

Total eggs found? 5 100 mana eggs, and that's it.

3½ hours of grinding Insane Glitter and NM Deeper Well to gain a total of 2 100 mana eggs.

Given this is only for 2 weeks and this weekend is Easter, I would suggest an increase in the drop chance of eggs across the board.

yup now try to get 36 humogenous for the chicken pet... good luck with that, 24 hours/day grind for 2 weeks...or you can hack mana and pay 5 billion for one like hackers in-game...

it'll be easier when they dont despawn, you'll notice the drop rate aint that bad
