    I think trendy should look into PVP balancing a lot.
    Why not at least have an option to ignore all stats, so your gear does not make you overpowered?
    If there was some sort of player balancing i bet a lot more would play pvp, but as it is now gear is extremely unbalanced, and best gear wins...

    I know I myself would like it a lot more if it was more like Tower Wars, and you could spend mana in a UI to summon the enemies that would run the other team's lanes.     Indirect PvP like the CTD map is a great idea, it just needs a fleshing out.
    This actually sounds a lot like what I've suggested in my thread in the suggestion forums. Different types of rushes, like ogre rush, wyvern rush, warrior rush, etc. with a requirement that you have to invest mana in order to launch them at the other team. Ability to see enemy players and towers also requiring an investment.

    Just taking a shot in the dark here but Maybe it's because the game has serious fundamental bugs issues, Of course I speak from experience when I say this. I recently came across one of the worst bugs. Initiated a trade with a player I drop my money in (Took me a really long time to save up) Ended up losing 360mil 2 pets total loss about 500mil. In my opinion that's a pretty serious bug and I can see anyone being discouraged to continue playing after something horrific trade bug like that. On that note waiting on my reply and looking forward to uninstalling and just going back to starcraft tower defense maps.

    Imo, the only way pvp will ever be fun in this game is if they add completely separate gear for it. Without that i won't even bother with pvp at all.

    Well for starters, having standardized equipment would even the playing field a lot. PvP should be about skill and abit of luck, not who has the best gear.

    Competitive tower defense was a step in the right direction (hero duels just dont fit this game) but its still not perfect.

    Maybe being able to add AI opponents, for practice (or fun with a team).

    Many other pvp games are suffering from "one team being stomped" - most often due to gear advantage of one team.

    Standardized gear in PvP games would greatly help - after all this is Player vs Player, not Player's Gear vs Player's Gear >.>

    I'd think about it if there was a smaller, more optimized map than karathiki. That map just doesn't run well on my old laptop. Something like a mirrored magus quarters would be a good start. Maybe I'll try it this weekend though.

    Assuming it's not so code-breaking, you can add it onto all preexisting PvP maps/modes; work out configurations, test it, & then set it up as a check mark like Survival/Mix Mode on Campaign missions in the Mission Select screen for those who want it.

    Difficulty could scale the standardized equipment given to us. Flat-rate like 1000 across all Hero & Tower stats on Insane, does anyone have any complaints about that?


    I can see a lot of bugs in making this work though, my worst case imaginable is you go to the game & you find your own gear was wiped while the map was loading/swapping you up lol
