Here we will aggregate both FAQ and Reported Issues. We will be adding more, but I wanted to go ahead and get this portion up now.
FAQ
Q: When will DLC release for Console?
A: We have submitted the first main DLC (Quest for the Lost Eternia Crystals Part 1) to console and are hoping to launch that simultaneously with the PC version. We also are trying to get the rest of the PC DLC on console but don’t know when/if that will happen.
Q: Why is there DLC for PC that is not out on Console?
A: It is partially due to approval times. Also, on PC we can patch the game with every DLC, and for new functionality not in the original game these patches are required. On Console, patching the game is a completely different process from adding DLC, and some of the patches we would like to make to the game for the DLC may or may not be possible for console.
Q: When is the Console patch coming?
A: It's a complicated process to release patches for Console and it comes with a series of rules and regulations. That said, we are hoping to have a patch out for both consoles in between the first two DLCs for console.
Q: Will console be receiving all of the same balance, tweaks/etc. as PC?
A: We are certainly going to bring some of the balance tweaks created for PC to console, but we may not be bringing all of them. We are making these decisions as we speak, and when we get closer to the patch for console we'll discuss exactly which changes will be carried over.
Q: My save is corrupt! What does this mean?
A: Unfortunately, something happened with your game during a save state. You can tell a save is happening by the little blue circle in the bottom right of your screen. If your game experiences an issue during a save (i.e. power loss, rage quit, etc.), it can corrupt it. You should have a back-up file recovered. The back-up will have your Heroes; however, you will likely have lost the items in your inventory.
Q: My PS3 controller is not working / The game thinks I'm using a Move remote?
A: Try disconnecting all other USB devices (keyboards, etc.) and Non-Headset Bluetooth devices and restarting your PS3.
Q: My PS3 trophies are taking a long time to Sync. Why have you not contacted Sony about the issue?
A: We have contacted Sony about the issue and are still waiting to hear back from them. As soon as we have more information we will let you know.
