    This is getting confusing...

    EDIT: Now i see green dots on the minimap, but it doesn't show the two arrows >Item here< and when i'm closing the minimp they turn turquoise xD

    yeah its horribly glitched, all items apear green on the mini map after a match. there is a pink dot, i think that is for another characters weapon other than the character that is out (i.e squire weapon whenyou are on a huntress). and when the traps are badly damaged and blinking red, all the items on the mini map blink red as well.

    Thank you for giving option to remove weapon in first person mode. Huge weapon was getting really annoying/blinding.

    HOWEVER the weapon aura still remain even with weapon toggled off. Please look into this, thanks!

    did they change the way buff beam buffs traps/auras? before the patch a trap was buffed when the buff beam passed in any place of the trap trigger, now it works only if the trap center is at the beam path? or maybe that is just another bug?

    I would just like to say, its appreciated that 7.26c is trying to actually make NM mode possible but coming from one of your players, i honestly prefer the old version 100% over and im sure most of the community that do survival runs would as well.

    Please add "reduced overall tower, monster, and player HPs on nightmare" to 7.26d. It would help with the longer time everything is taking now.

    I think the nerf/rebalance/"bugfix" or whatever you guys want to call it is ok.

    I've played a duo of mistymormyre forest today up to wave 30 and won
    All is still possible, the tower-setup is just more diverse.

    Also now mages and squire towers are equally strong. Squire has piercing poons, but mage can put 2 magic missiles which does a little more demage.s

    IMO, it's more balanced now. Also OMF was a bit too easy for most people. It should be hard not something that's farmed for money

    Finally one remark: bought something in a trade today for 200M mana, but both my mana and the item were gone after the trade window closed. Bug? or as trendy likes to call it nerf.

    I realize that there are people that are really good at the game and probably afk the most difficult maps. That's not going to change. They're still going to be able to do that.

    Just because the best players out there figured out tactics to make the maps a cakewalk doesn't mean that they were for me or for everyone else.

    I just got into nightmare mode in the past week. I was finding the maps that I could do without getting killed right away. I was finding out good tower placements and making progress. Then Trendy basically says "Oh no you didn't."

    The top players are still going to find strategies that make the maps too easy. That happens in every video game. Is Trendy going to go and nerf things again when they see that that hasn't really changed?

    If they want to make the game more challenging then just make the new DLC map hard as balls. Then they can tweak that depending on the community reaction. But they shouldn't hurt players or take something away that were already able to do.

    The exception to this of course if it were some obvious glitch like say towers were one shotting ogres or something ridiculous like that. But at it's face value there was absolutely nothing wrong with the squire. And not every that plays the games visits the forums either. They're going to be wondering what the hell happened and become frustrated.

    Are traps bugged ?

    I keep seeing mobs enter the center of the prox trap and nothing happening even though it has +- 100 charges...

    An issue I have with this is that top and best players is a vague statement. Are they top because they have the best tactics? Or are they top because they have the best gear?

    Let me elaborate a little.

    I've gone to the PC/Console Guide, and seen some of the strategies used. As a lower end player, I can't use the said strategies. It's not that I don't have the characters, as I have one of every character decked out in NM HC Endless Spires gear. But what is a valid and probably best strategy for stats of 500/500/500/500 might not necessarily be the best strategy of a person with stats of 2000/2000/2000/2000.

    For instance, one of the Misty Mire strategies places harpoons in a position I just can't use, because my tower range isn't large enough. With perfect positioning, one of my harpoons might barely pass the blockade to hit 2 enemies at most. Whereas with their range, they have 4-5 harpoons which can cover both the north side and east side. Now, I can break up my harpoons to move 2 north and 2 east, but now, I have significantly less firepower for things such as djinn, and at the same time, I now need 2 tower boost beams instead of one, which puts me at 4 less DU.

    And it's not just range. You have such things as tower health. Some people might replace spiked blockades (3 DU) with 1 Magic Blockade. Sure, with 2000 health, your magic blockade has more health than my 500 health spike blockade. But my Magic Blockade also only has 500 health, and can be 2-3 shotted by an ogre, which makes it less viable as an option. So now, for every blockade, I lose 2 DU.

    And then you have tower attack. I might need 2 harpoon turrets in order to take care of a wyvern compared to their one. And whereas they use bouncer blockades to handle spiders, I need to make up for my lost DU by placing a spiked blockade in it's place to buy myself some time before my defenses can kill the spider.

    The gear difference between players on Nightmare is much greater than the lesser modes. In my opinion, people who can make it to wave 30 of NM HC should be finding nightmare mode easy.

    When your traps were detonating before that was actually a bug. It's been fixed.
