NM Challenges don't add completion credit - retroactive?

Hey TE and forum lurkers.

Was just wondering if this change is retro active?
I got a lot of challenges nailed on NM, but I haven't really bothered to go trough them on insane, and I would just like to know, if you've completed challenges in the past will it unlock costumes and Acheivements?

But, I'm not asking about the bug . I'm asking if it will be retroactive.. As in, I've completed Death From Above on Nightmare but not insane, will I get the insane acheivement or will I have to do it on insane.

(An example.. I've done Death From Above on both Nightmare and Insane)

Hi i recently showed this bug to trendy it all it glory and then finally who is awesome submitted it for report to trendy. So just be glad people are actually working to show all the bugs like this to the company so all the NM achievements for lesser are given.
Mine was with doing story on NM only u don't get chapter ones for hard or insane for 1,2,or 3. So we are talking about similar problems. But i think yours will be fixed first unless they do both at same time. Keep in mind reason not everyone has NM is because it is still being tested so we will be ones finding the problems along with trendy.

It's prolly not going to be retroactive. It would be nice if it is, but don't count on it.
