Tavern pets

Has the likelyhood of a good pet appearing in the tavern shop been decreased in recent patches?

Since the patch which allowed for significantly smaller pets (which is very nice btw), I've been doing lots of ES runs, and checking after doing NM survivals. As it currently stands, finding pets that exceed 20 million has become a rarity (let alone 75M or better). It could just be a very long run of bad luck, but everyone I'm playing with seems to be having the same luck.

So is it just coincidence/bad luck, or has something changed?
And if it has changed, why?

It's VERY rng. I did a run to wave 21 nmhc misty and got 0 mythical pets, my two group mates each got a 10 mana pet, the second groupmate got TWO 10 mana pets. (10mana pets are exceptional superloot pets generally)

I have had the two 10 mana pets appear once - one was an app guardian and the other was a huntress guardian. It's the only huntress guardian I have at the moment

I had 2 10-mana pets appear (app guard, hunt animus) at the same time in my tavern last night, and I have 2 75M genies sitting in my tavern shop right now.
