Item Check

I poked around and couldn't find any other item check threads, so forgive me if this is the wrong place.

I traded someone for a few things, including this. All the rest of the stuff was 200^ armor, but not phenomenal by any means. I have no doubt in my mind that the rest of the stuff is legit. I didn't really bat an eye at this item until I was trying to calculate damage for a second bonecutter. Is there any feasible way that this is legit?

Yeah. I did the math on all the other stuff, and I can tell that it's absolutely legit. Like a hammer with 36k damage and 250 updgrades. 200 upgrades would have got it that much damage. I just can't find any verifiable data on how bonecutters upgrade or what they drop like, so I'm not certain if this is or isn't hacked. I didn't really even look twice initially because all the other stats were pretty "meh".

EDIT: When you say "highly doubtful", do you mean that you doubt that it's hacked, or that it's highly doubtful that it's legit?

According to the wiki Bonecutters upgrade at 112 dmg per up. Thats 112*198 = 22176 damage from upgrades. This would have to start at 58k base dmg so nope this is definitly ze haxxors.

Also, this is a perfect example of why we need a sticky "Is it hacked" thread in the trade forum. The current item check thread is just retardedly well hidden if you just stroll in here and want some quick statements

Well i didnt check any other sources than the wiki but 112 seems a plausible number. Heck even if it upgrades damage at 300 / up (the largest dmg/up increase i can recal from memory is the ogre party hat at 150 dmg/up) this would still require base damage over 20k. Not going to happen, sorry.

Yeah, forget doubtful, this is hacked. 80k damage isn't possible.

If the base damage is super high then its legit.
But for bone cutter, it doesn't really go that high.
It's hacked.
