every so often when i join a game i see noobs get booted and treated like trash just for low level characters. this isnt wow guys you can be better then that remember that you used to be a noob at one point in time too so quit being jerks and let people play. if you only want high levels put it in your match name other wise dont get mad when a low level joins.

I never kick newbies in my games unless they wont cooperate with me. If I told them not to build and they build, I would say "GTFO" and kick him. All these low level players needs to learn what his position is in (same goes to level 74 that got a suck-ish gear that is trying to build)

This may be hard for new chars but if they get pleveled then they dont learn the game properly and then they just expect it. also when i was a low level i got kicked from every game so when some idiot comes in and completly ignores anything i say it gets very annoying.

2 Problem Solving solutions for you.

1) Join games within your level range.
If you're just starting out, you should be playing in your own private games anyway. At least, until you manage to hit level 10 or so. By then you should have a basic grasp and you'll be eligable to join others for some co-op fun.

P.S. - My own etiquette is to stay within at least 10-20 levels of the host. My highest character is Lv73, and I wouldn't bother joining a 74 NM game, because I don't have anything, except upgrading to contribute.

2) Make your own games.

ok, so... lets see if i get it, i can pretty much solo the NM HC Campaing (except for summit) and when i join a game in nightmare i get insta kicked, does that sounds fair? im no noob, since i can do it on my own, but i choose to play with someone else just because im bored or anything. My gear is pretty much the best i can get from the NM HC Campaing and MM HC Wave 10-15 and still getting Insta Kicked very often. Just because im not like 2k+ on a few stats or have a 25k+ weapon makes me a noob? i've seen people with UBER gear doing some really stupid things when they build, and that means they are pro?
Your Logic about being noob or pro makes no sense.
People with no gear can easly out dps (in the long term) people in uber gear if they are smart enough and not die in 1-2 seconds while jumping into a bunch of mobs saying "im invincible!" .

What i want to say is that, there are alot of people with lots of skill but maybe not enough gear who wants to play with other people and they are rejected even before they have a chance to prove their worth. Maybe they have interesting and new strategies (that they use in order to compensate for their gear), maybe they are really nice guys who just need a hand to be better.
I agree with OP saying the comunity sucks, i dont think everyone is like that but still the majority is.
While i agree with you Sakisan, there are a bunch of other people who will expect you to carry them, you can tell by their attitude, if they are AFK or something, then you can kick them... twice if you can, they deserve it. But if they are doing their best, and you are up to the challenge to carry someone who needs it.... why not?
