HELP! Would like a return
I bought dungeon defenders for ps3 because it was advertised and described online to have cross platform play. The only reason i bought it was to play with my friends who were on pc. I got the game and to my disappointment there was no cross platform gameplay so i had just wasted my money. I called PS3 support and they said they would try to email trendy. Two weeks passed so I emailed Trendy myself. It has been about 3 weeks since I sent that email and I never received a reply. Is there any better way to contact trendy or get a refund. I would be thankful for anyone's help.
Could do a credit card chargeback (assuming it doesn't ban your PSN account) for purchasing and receiving a product that wasn't as described if it's taking so long to hear a response.
