    Wiped charakters

    I have logged into trendynet today, january 29th, at 18:28 GMT+1. After starting, all DLCs were activated and as I entered the characterselection, all my characters were gone. Could you please investigate what happened to my account?

    Sorry to hear what happened. When you have a moment, send an email to lostheroes@trendyent.com with details of what happened, steam ID, names and make sure to include a descriptive title. Someone from Trendy then will look into the lost characters directly.

    Why isn't there a separate sticky note for this. People seem to post about it often enough...

    Is that too much to ask, to have some easily referenced information for people when they lose all of their characters, achievements, shops?

    Okay guys i had wait 2 days now and donīt get any answer of the emails should i make new charakters or should i wait for an answer?

    It'll probably be in the next day or two. If you sent over the weekend, there's usually a bunch along with. If you want send me a private message with your email address you sent from and I can make sure it's in queue.

    I have been waiting a week for my sons to be restored. Multiple emails sent. No response to emails. Failed customer support.
