Eternia Shards disappearing

Basically, I've completed all of the eternia shards on NM campaign and survival, however I don't have access to the cystaline dimensions because it says I don't have the crystals from Aqua or Moraggo - however I have the trophy's in my tavern showing that I've completed both on NM.

Is this a bug or is there a reason that this could have happened?

Did you set the difficulty on NM HC or just NM? That could be the problem.

You need to have completed each Eternia Shards stage on the current mode selected in the mission select UI.

That mean that if you have HC mode selected, you need to have beaten the current difficulty or higher on all 4 stages with HC mode enabled.
