Maybe some poplar style trees would be a better mix than the palms, as that may go better with the cool blue lighting (and other folage), that gives the map a slight chilly (as in cold) feel about it.

I finally removed the palms, as you said they don´t really fit with the map theme
I´ve been working the ligthing/fog and redone the floor texture with some mossy effects, I think now the floor texture fit better with the cold theme feeling

The thing i love is that the atmosphere is cool and fresh, but the foliage and the crystals also signal, that you can chill and relax there... love it
I see so many crystals, how the hell shall we defend them all? ;P
