That usually means your Ranked game save is most likely corrupt. Follow the information here http://forums.trendyent.com/showthread.php?44343-Lost-Characters-or-Items and put in the title that you crash when connecting to Ranked.

Do not log back into Ranked or try to until we tell you to.
